Lean Six Sigma White Belt

Course Description

Professionals are considered Six Sigma White Belts if they have not undergone a formal certification program or extended training. The course will be held in a single session of 3 hours total in increments of 30 to 45 minutes with breaks between modules. The modules will include overview of relevant methods and vocabulary for LSS. The intent is to provide a basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma and how it can impact an organization through quality improvement and waste reduction. The course is designed for anyone, but is specifically helpful to those who will serve as champions or managers of Lean Six Sigma activities.
