Request Certification

In order, to receive your certification in the level of training, you must meet the following requirements:

Course	Training Certificate	Belt Certification
White Belt	Attend training	NA
Yellow Belt	Attend training Pass assessment with 80% score	Attend training Pass assessment with 80% score. Complete project and have it approved by our instructor
Red Belt	Attend training Pass assessment with 80% score	Attend training Pass assessment with 80% score Complete project and have it approved by our instructor
Green Belt	Attend training Pass assessment with 80% score	Attend training Pass assessment with 80% score Complete project and have it approved by our instructor
Black Belt	Attend training Pass assessment with 80% score	Attend training Pass assessment with 80% score Complete project and have it approved by our instructor
Master Black Belt	NA	1 to 2 years minimum experience as a Black Belt with demonstrated application. Complete 4 weeks of training. Pass assessment at end of each weeks training. No projects required

Once you have met the requirements for the training certificate, you will receive your certificate electronically.

Once you have met the requirements for the Belt Certification, you will be asked to complete a form for our records as well as logistics for sending you your certificate.  

Yellow and Red Belt certificates and all training certificates will be sent via electronic format.

Green Belt and higher will be sent via the mail.   Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for arrival.
