Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is an introductory course to Lean Six Sigma. This course will provide an overview of LSS roles and responsibilities, tools and concepts. Attendees will leave with the knowledge and skills to participate in LSS projects in a meaningful way, and is especially useful for those who may need to contribute data from their processes to a project team.
